Lead/Rhythm Guitar Player Looking for Likeminded Players

I'm an experienced guitar player / songwriter looking to form a band that can play originals as well as covers, but able to make the covers our own style. Looking for players who have good improvisational and collaborative skills and that enjoy extended jams. Styles can be anything from Led Zeppelin to Mac Miller, Prince to Nirvana and everything in between. Great music is great music, regardless of genre or when it was made. Not looking to get signed or practice 3 days a week. Just looking to get together when we can and occasionally book a show so we have something to work towards. No grand expectations, just taking it step by step and seeing where it goes. Also, age and gender doesn't matter, I'm a young 49 and usually the oldest in the band ;-). I've played every great room in Chicago, I wouldn't mind having another go at it. Give me a shout out if this sounds good to you.
