Terrain, Inc. in Denver is seeking both subcontractors & laborers to provide snow removal service for the 2021-2022 winter season. Our services are performed on commercial properties in the greater Denver Metro area.
Pay Structure:
· Sub pricing is based on an hourly rate for equipment and/or hand labor at an agreed upon rate.
· Pay rate for laborers begins around $22-$24 per hour depending on experience and availability. Being dependable and hard working could result in higher pay
Subcontractor Requirements:
· Must have own equipment and operators (Plow trucks, ATV's, skid steers and/or sanders)
· Must employ all personnel used on job sites under your own companies insurance
· Preferably has hand shoveling personnel available during snow storms
· Proof of insurance - including general, auto and worker's comp
· Be able to commit to entire 2021-2022 winter season
Laborer Requirements:
· No major requirements other than simple labor law guidelines (ie. must be USA Citizen)
· Must be physically able to shovel snow in extreme winter conditions
· Must have transportation to the job site and/or our office
Subcontractor Experience:
· General Business Experience 2+ years (Preferred, but not required)
· Snow Plowing/Snow Removal: 2+ years (Preferred, but not required)
Laborer Experience:
· Snow Removal: Any experience is preferred, but not required. Training is available
