Description

Need an experienced punch-out tech for small repairs to wood shed throughout the DC metro area. Examples are installing windows or wall vents, changing trim, repairing shingles. Some appointments are as far as Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore. If you can't cover those, don't apply. Independent contractor / 1099 situation. Pays $25/hour (on the job) plus mileage. We supply the materials, you supply tool and transportation. Also, painting sheds, flat rate based on square footage of the shed. I have enough work to keep you busy for a few months. You must be able to schedule the repairs and keep to that schedule. Our office is in Ashburn, VA. Weekly pay.
