Looking for room to record

I have all of my own gear and I like recording my original music but I'm currently living with four other adults, a baby, and a dog, so I need somewhere quiet to go. I don't want to pay for a full-blown studio because I can do it myself and I'm on a budget; I'm looking for some place quiet I could rent a room for a few hours at a time to record my singing and playing. Preferably somewhere with A/C, relatively clean/neat, and with some type of desk or table and a chair (though I could also bring my own). Things that might ruin this arrangement are: somebody talking/watching TV in another room, a dog barking, a neighbor mowing their lawn, vacuuming the house, etc. Like I said, I'm looking to rent a quiet room for no more than a handful of hours at a time. I'm thinking $10/hour. I know fellow musicians will probably be the most understanding - I'd even be potentially open to jamming/collaborating after prioritizing my own stuff. Let me know if you want to make a few easy bucks off of your empty bedroom. I'll mostly be recording vocals, acoustic instruments, maybe a quiet electric guitar, so nothing crazy loud.
