I am Kimberly and I myself have faced many losses in my life of loved ones and challenges of rebuilding my life over. I have studied 250 hours To complete my 500 hours of Life coaching training. I have been studying for over 5 years; everything from dealing and coping with loss to narcissistic abuse in relationships and family dynamics with narcasstic abuse. Let me help you with my knowledge and healing; and understanding of hidden Narcasstic abuse. Starting our lives over after a divorce, a breakup, or a loss of a loved one can be difficult. Sometimes we need someone outside of our family and friends to openly discuss and ask for help and guidance. Someone who has been through the trials that we are are facing and can show us there is light at the end of the tunnel. Also my goal will be to set you forth on a path of healing and a better life. With a focus on meditation. Meditation can be hard; but Once we master it you will learn the benefits of meditation and self healing! Meditation, journaling and understanding; is what helped me through the hardest times in my life and on a path of a bright new future. I want to share my knowledge and my journey to help others. We can work together to build a new life, a new journey and new positivity to empower ourselves!
