If this sounds like the place for you, we are currently filling the position for: Currently we are filling positions at our SE roasting facility for Production Crew: • Full-time position M-F starting at $16 an hour. • Paid vacation + paid sick leave. • Paid holidays off. • Great 401(k) plan available to all employees. • Free Major Medical coverage with Providence health plan! • Company sponsored Providence PPO health plan. • And much more… Primary Responsibilities: • Operating production equipment, including weigh-n-fill, grinders, and scales. • Packaging coffee and allied products for delivery. • Performing maintenance on production equipment. • Preparing and wrapping pallets for shipment. Requirements and Physical Demands: • Work well with others and have a service mindset while at work. • Physically able to safely lift bags and boxes of coffee weighing up to 50 pounds. • Standing most of the day. • Regular and often repetitive bending and turning. • Working in partially climate-controlled facility. • Follow all company/State COVID 19 guidelines.
