Experienced handyman needed for bathroom upgrade in Karl/Morse Road area. Swap toilet, pull tub, pull drywall behind tub, install insulation, install new drywall - mud, sand, paint. Install shower base and shower walls relocating the plumbing from right side to center drain. Floor under shower may need replaced or adjusted. House has full basement for easy access to new pipework. Because of drywall, this will take 3+ days; some times it will only take an hour per day, sometimes more.
