On Thursday, September 23rd, around 8:45 PM, I found a set of keys near the entrance to building on College Street in Burlington between downtown and UVM. The set includes a lanyard with the name of a school as well as a "Tile"-type tracking device in a decorative pouch. A car key showing a particular car brand is part of the set.
