We live on the river in post falls and have a few projects we need completed that do not require permits and inspections. Those include:
Resurfacing an existing deck with new deck boards and repairing handrail
We have a 400 square foot carpeted room we want to remove the carpet and put down LVP flooring as we turn it into a gym. Nothing fancy.
We need a medium size lean-to structure built somewhere on our property (which has two large shops) where we can store firewood neatly and protect from weather.
We have blueprints for a 300 square foot playhouse that we want constructed. All the materials speced are basic and available from Home Depot. This will be built INSIDE on of our shops we are turning into a play place for our kids.
We also have basic plans for a large doghouse we want built outside for our pups in the dog run area.
And a few other minor projects.
We are offering $50/hour to someone who is capable and has the tools to do so. We can have materials delivered if needed.
