Join our well-established, 65 year-old and growing flooring and window business. The Ideal candidate for this full-time position is reliable, detail oriented, and organized. Logistics Manager Responsibilities: • Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. • Collaborates and communicates with customer service representatives, drivers, homeowners, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products. • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments. • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily transactions and provides routine physical counts. • Oversee and manage truck/fleet maintenance • Utilize fleet management software • Oversee & manage facility maintenance • Inventory Control Qualifications/Skills: • Good written and verbal communication skill • Strong sense of time organization and urgency • Able to work independently and within a team • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, & Email Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • 6 months logistics, home improvement preferred Benefits: • Health insurance after 6 months for full-time employess • One week paid vacation after one year of full time employment • Two sick days earned every six months for full time employees • Optional 401(k) after one year full time employment Compensation based upon experience.
