Pink Elephant Sober Living (PESL) provides extraordinary living environments that are conducive to the recovery success of our guests. We are currently looking for a live-in Resident Manager. The PESL Resident Manager
☑️ is responsible for the supervision of clients in a sober-living setting.
☑️ shall provide a safe, supportive, and caring environment in which the clients will continue their recovery.
☑️ is expected to cooperate as a team member with PESL’s Partner Blue Tiger Recovery Management and Clinical Team.
☑️ is knowledgeable and is culturally sensitive to clients and employees.
☑️ is knowledgeable of the treatment process and the issues typically presented by clients participating in Blue Tiger Recovery’s treatment programs.
☑️ is responsible to provide a safe, comfortable, and clean residence for clients at all times.
☑️ must be willing to work most weekends.
