The position is ideal for a part time maintenance person with reliable transportation. The work would involve light plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, rental turns, painting and basic carpentry work. The projects are single family rental homes, mostly on the Westside of Cincinnati. Excellent compensation. This is a 1099 position. Consistent work.
