Gizmo is a 1 year old (just turned 1 on the 17th of this month in fact 🥳 ) male Yorkshire Terrier. He’s 8 pounds and still in tact, house trained and property trained - meaning that he can go in the front yard without a leash and knows his parameters. He also enjoys running around the fenced in back yard, so we’ve never used a leash much. He is good with our other dogs and our kids although he picks on our chihuahua sometimes (the chihuahua is the only one smaller than Gizmo) He is incredibly sweet and loving and he likes to smile with his Teeth! He looooves to chase tennis balls and he’s really good at fetch! He is house trained but I have caught him trying to mark his spot in the house a few times which we’ve been working hard on training him not to but typically that’s normal from a dog that isn’t neutered. And he is good with our kids but he’s been raised around them so I wouldn’t suggest him go to a home with small children who might roughhouse with him as he takes time to adjust to his new surroundings. We are having to move and downsize some of our family pets.. 😞, this is hard on us but we have high hopes that Gizmo will go to an amazing new family and he’s still young enough to be able to thrive! There is a fee. And please if you’ve always wanted a Yorkie but have never owned one do some research first just to familiarize with the breed!! 😊 I am more than glad to send more pictures or answer anymore questions! 🐾
