Zip Delivery is seeking an individual with basic knowledge of DFW Metroplex to take phone orders and other tasks assigned. Qualified applicant must have good phone skills and be able to multitask. Entry level position for future dispatch operations.
Responsibilities include:
Accurately entering order requests, focusing on data quality and speed.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work as a Team Member.
Reviews and update customer information as needed.
Contacts customers to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing information.
Great customer service is a must!

Screening and Distributing of incoming calls.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum two (2) years related experience and/or training.
Proven computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
Ability to type 40 wpm or 6,000 KSPH with 95% accuracy is required.
Must wear office attire at all times.
On time attendance

Pass background check and drug test.
