Sweet adorable older kittens and a young neutered male cat

I have medium hair black young neutered male cat. He is the sweetest but desperately wants to be an indoor/outdoor cat. I live between 35 and 77 and have dogs around that kill cats along with bobcats and coyotes. The other two are around 6 months male and female. Both are short hair orange tabby! Female wants to be lap cat! All are super friendly.
