(owner has caulk) 2. change 2 cracked floor 12" tiles (owner has tiles) 3. install 12 door knobs (owner has knobs) 4. patch walls with drywall and wood backer (owner has material) 5. install owners stove top fan and vent tube and cabinet door ( (owner has these) 6. change about 25 feet of fascia board and add rafter tails sister boards to secure (primered wood at property & screws) 7. repair gate with replacement wood and paint to match we have more work on this and other homes what is your daily repair rate for this type of repair? we respond to emails with prices.
