3d leg for growing tri pod kitten?

I have recent found and adopted a tiny kitten that was abandoned outside. He was covered in fleas,ears were caked to the brim with dirt and his one of his back legs is missing from the 'Knee' down. He still uses it and bears weight on it. But unfortunately when he does get rough on the knob it does start to bleed and hurt. So this is a long shoot... I was seeing if there is any sort of good person out there with time and means to maybe make a series of prostitics for him as he grows??? Or even any advice. Since he is a kitten at about 6 weeks he has already gotten a crappy headstart in life. But I want the best for him.
