Experienced Mobile Home Park Maintenance (Indio, CA) Property Management company is seeking an experienced part-time maintenance person for a 100 space mobile home park located in the City of Indio, CA. The park is currently being repositioned so experience in rehabilitation is a plus but not required. Duties will include, but are not limited to, grounds keeping, electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall of common areas of the park. Selected applicant will NOT be performing maintenance on any owner occupied mobile homes. Applicant must have reliable transportation, auto insurance and be able to pass a criminal background check. Mobile home demolition is also a plus but not required. Additional job duties will be discussed during the interview process. Position is available NOW
