Property Management Company is looking for a Maintenance (Full or Part-time) We are looking for an employee who has apartment repair experience. Duties include and are not limited to: 1. Knowledge of apartment maintenance (i.e.Carpentry, minor electrical, paint, plumbing, roof inspection, and general exterior) 2. Identify & correct physical needs 3. Ability to prepare specifications for repair 4. Conduct property inspection and prepare reports 5. Prepare work schedules 6. Maintain positive landlord and tenant relations 7. Prepare regular reports for the manager and others 8. Handle emergency situations 9. Cleaning of the building All candidates must be organized and enjoy working with people.
