Found this puppy under my car. She was crying and scared but with a lot of coaxing I convinced her to come out. She was covered in dirt and oil, so I suspect she was wondering around for days. I asked around and nobody knows of an owner. I found her in tijuana so I assume she might have been abandoned. Not sure if she was mistreated because she was skittish at first. Just a cough made her run and hide. She's warmed up since then and feels confident but we can't keep her. I took her to vet to have her dewormed, vet says shes about 3 momths old. She needs a loving forever home. Small rehoming fee
