Shed Door/Hinge Repair Needed

My shed door/hinge got all busted up (see enclosed photos). The hinge and some wood needs replacement to reinforce and get it back into working order. Hoping to have this taken care of sometime this coming weekend (Sept 25th - 26th) Offering $125 for the fix (excluding the cost of materials), but will pay more if it's justified.
