Seeking a regular handyman to help with regular maintenance and small projects on some of our rental properties. Things like broken sprinkler heads, replacing an AC window unit, replacing a ceiling fan, etc. Our main requirements is that the communication between us is good, and that you keep to whatever schedule and calendar dates and times that you provide to us. Rate is negotiable.
