Immediately seeking a worker to help a busy warehouse in Wailuku! This position will load, unload, fill orders and move material within or near the warehouse, yard, or work site. (808)877-5556 Hours Full-time, Monday to Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm and Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Location Wailuku, Maui Pay $18 an hour Responsibilities Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed. Convey and move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery/will call area. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or production code. Sort and store some goods in refrigerated rooms. Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to loading station or stacks into trucks. Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage. Mark materials with identifying information. Arrange stock in specified sequence for distribution by other workers. Drive and operate lifting equipment to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment. Clean work area, machines, and equipment used throughout warehouse. Qualifications Prior warehouse, labor, and/or forklift experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.
