Micromasse, local jazz organ trio, brings their unique blend of textures to Bates College. Live Stream available for the public. Located in the Olin Concert Hall for students/staff/faculty. Free, Limited in-person tickets are available for students, faculty, and staff. Reservations are required. Comprised of Pete Dugas (organ), Max Cantlin (electric guitar) and Chris Sweet (drum set), since their inception has been one of Portland's foundational groups, and for good reason. They will often be joined by guests including singer Sara Halle Richardson or an entire big band (the Fogcutters), but for their performance at Bates they will return to their roots and play as a trio.
