Brand new Assisted Living facility now looking for a handyman-type worker, ideally with some carpentry and gardening experience. We are a brand new state-of-the-art facility getting ready to open its doors. We are located in The Villages/Oxford, Florida. We are looking for folks that have experience working with their hands and power tools to join our team. Ideally, someone has experience with precision, such as carpentry. Come work with us! We are looking for qualified workers to help finish, setup, and maintain a brand new 60-unit facility. Your job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products. Minimum of basic tool skills, gardening, replacement of plant material, HVAC maintenance, pressure washing and work experience required. Must have personal transportation to and from work.
