Kimono (Mother & Daughter) Sewing Class - Beginner/Intermediate
Hi I am Aunt B (Vernita) thank you for coming. I recently retired after 45 years in the corporate world and I am ready for my Second Act I have been blessed to do something I love and enjoy, thanks to my mother who taught me. Although, I am self-taught, I continue to take classes to keep learning new things, processes and techniques. I enjoy adding creative touches to most garments…stenciling, dyeing, and stamping…you are never too old to learn something new. I have taught sewing classes at Michaels and church camps
I want to inspire others to sew and feel confident and leave with a smile and be proud of what they have made and enjoy the process.
I am looking forward to meeting you at the workshops…. They will be fun.
Hugs Aunt B
