Deluxbury Oyster Company is currently seeking qualified applicants for seasonal and permanent full-time farm positions. The management position will require the applicant to have boating skills and experience managing a crew. For the farm worker position, no aquaculture experience is necessary, just a good attitude and a good work ethic. We operate on a large, well-equipped float with a house and use a variety of boats including a 32ft aluminum landing craft and smaller skiffs. This position is labor-intensive and will require the employee to comfortably lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Like all farming, we will require you to work some long days, some early mornings, and a few hours on some weekends.
