The Operations Manager Position offers an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our rapidly expanding company. This position reports directly to the owner of the company and oversees management of all crew members. The Operations Manager organizes crew for daily jobs, ensures high quality and safety for all projects, while maintaining efficiency and profitability. • Supervise and manage all crew members • Managing daily projects to maintain a high quality of service while stressing the importance of safety and efficiency across multiple projects daily • Coordinating of staff, equipment and vehicles to ensure that the appropriate equipment and staff get to the correct project • Professionally Communicating with clients to ensure that clients are aware of the status of our services while on site • Recruiting and training new employees • Assisting owner with miscellaneous requests • Organize and create loss prevention systems for equipment • At times may need to step in and physically assist crew in completing projects • Transporting crew members from job site to job sites in company vehicle • During busy season, must be able to work weekends • Strong knowledge and experience in the window washing, power washing, waterproofing and construction industry • Ability to professionally communicate with clients through strong customer service skills • Ability to serve as a strong team leader to our crew • Firm understanding of all aspects of safety, OSHA 30 Preferred, ability to set and follow safety standards and report unsafe conditions to appropriate manager • Ability to maintain equipment in warehouse, ensuring that it is organized, clean, safe and operable • Valid drivers license is required • Must be able to be on time and reliable
