Olentangy/Worthington Treatfest Fall Festival is a fun family festival to help parents get ready & find things for their family for fall! VENDOR REGISTRATION: Olentangy-Worthington Treatfest & Fall Festival 2021 Presented by SERVPRO of DelawareThis is a long standing fall festival that is extremely popular. It will attract families for Lewis Center, Powell, Worthington, Polaris, and the surrounding area. Now celebrating our 5th year for this event. Great way to find new customers with 1,500+ attendees as we start to move into this fall family event. Vendor RegistrationWhen: October 16th (Saturday 11AM - 2PM)Where:  Marcus Theatres Crosswoods Parking Lot (200 Hutchinson Ave, Columbus, OH 43235)Who Attends:  Families from Lewis Center, Powell, Worthington, Polara and Delaware County area.How it works: Outdoor walk -thru event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free. Parents attend to find everything related to their family, classes, education, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, and more! What to do at the event:Fall Fun: Trick or treating the booths, hay rides, "pumpkin patch", mystery pumpkin prizes, costume contest, huge bounce park, balloon artist, characters, food trucks, sweets & treats, free candy, popcorn, cotton candy, cookies and lot of other neat items for your family! Pumpkin Run!: This is a super fun run that participants get to do a really neat course and at the end receive a pumpkin from our "pumpkin patch"Pumpkin Patch: Over 500 pumpkins in our "pumpkin patch"Food: Food trucks, treat trucks, and more! Super fun area including slides, obstacle course, and other bounce items. The tree has 4 different levels with suckers on each level. Kids pick flash cards to determine which sucker they win. Very engaging area and fun! $350Cotton Candy (Gold):  150 servings of cotton candy to hand out from your booth (prepackaged)!  Fun part or our family fun theme! Extremely popular - fun!  We provide all the supplies and items for it.  $350 per item Race Shirts (Gold): 1 of 2 logos on the back of the shirt shirt give to all runners.
