Growing Property Management company in the Westchester County area looking to hire a Part -Time Handymen We are continuing to add new buildings to our portfolio and looking for a hard-working individual looking for a role that has room for growth. Hiring Maintenance Workers for a Property Management Firm in the Yonkers NY Maintenance Workers Must have experience & knowledge with electrical installation/maintenance, as well as basic plumbing repairs, general carpentry, painting and door hardware installation. Ability to find a way to FIX ANYTHING Plumbing and construction experience a MAJOR PLUS Rewiring, polishing, electrical work, cosmetic touch ups of fixtures Repainting, buffing, and floor waxing Lawn maintenance (watering and cutting grass) Removing snow and ice from sidewalks. Ability to disassemble, clean, rewire and overall building maintenance a must. Team Player: Positive Attitude, collaborative mentality a must Repairing interior and exterior of the building or apartments. Sweep, trash removal, conduct inspections, operate tools, paint, use of compound Looking for stable long-term employee with growth potential to oversee multiple properties. Must speak English and Spanish. Own tools and vehicle required.
