SOUTH JERSEY AREA Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: • Verify occupancy and property condition • Take photos of the properties • Conduct interior and/or exterior inspections on properties • Evaluate and report damage to the inspected property via inspection forms • Leave Door hangers for financial institutions • Complete inspection and turn them in before the requested deadline date Requirements: • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license. • Smartphone (Android)/ iPhone with internet access. • Laptop/desktop computer with high speed internet access/printer • Mapping software/MS Streets and Trips/Google Maps/Route Ade • GPS • Must be able to pass Background Check Each inspection takes about 2-7 minutes to report on its occupancy and condition. Most of your time is spent driving from address to address, so you must enjoy driving. This is an Independent Contractor Position!
