Explore the intersection of music and medicine and delight in a chamber music concert performed by the talented Concord Conservatory of Music faculty.
The evening will feature a conversation with Dr. Lisa Wong of Harvard Medical School and Chuck Clough, Jr., host of the Above the Basement podcast. They will discuss numerous topics, including what happens in your brain when you play music, which great composers were also connected to the medical field, and how music has become more deeply used as a therapy to treat patients.
The musical performance will feature chamber music performed by CCM faculty members Yelena Beriyeva, piano, Egle Jarkova, violin, and Stephen Marotto, cello.
Please be prepared to wear your facemask in the building.
