Description

We are a 55+ golfing community seeking an individual who can perform maintenance and repairs in areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring and other minor building repairs. Individual should have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with the staff and residents. Ability to speak and write in English is required; you will need to converse with the staff and residents, interpret work orders and write notes upon completion of your assignment. Must be able to come to the job site with a tool box consisting of basic tools to perform repairs. Please reply and attach your resume.
