Looking for solar installers. If you have experience, pay will be negotiated. On the job training for new workers starting at $20/hr with lots of room for growth.
Work will require the following
-Being comfortable working outside on roofs.
-Knowledge and use of power tools.
-Being able to lift solar panels 40-50Lbs.
-Take required training courses for certifications
