TLCCA's Fall 2021 Early Education Conference: Training Tracks For Owners/ Managers and Teachers alike in a safe and fun environment! Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA) is a collaborative licensed association of professionals .We offer quality training opportunities, share resources and information, and partner with a lobbyist to keep childcare high quality across the state. Our Fall 2021 conference will be held November 11- 13, 2021 at Great Wolf Lodge In Grapevine, TX. NUMEROUS COVID 19 safety protocols will be in place to ensure the safety of each attendee. Masks and social distancing are required at all times. There are tracks for managers/ owners/ administrators and teachers/ staff alike. TLCCA has negotiated a discounted room rate with Great Wolf Lodge of $165.00 per night if you use the discount code 2111TEXASL_001 if you'd like to stay on site/ enjoy some extra time with family or friends in the water park. Great Wolf Lodge also has COVID 19 safety protocols in place (these can be found on the TLCCA website.) Please be very careful when registering- making sure to indicate whether you are a teacher or manager, and your shirt size of choice. Meals are not included. You should plan to either have food delivered, drive off site and purchase something, bring your meal from home, or to locate and pay for a meal at Great Wolf Lodge during one of the scheduled breaks (a longer break for lunch daily will be scheduled.) All purchases and tickets are non refundable. Refunds will not be issued if you choose to not come, fall sick and are unable to come, or don't show up the date of the event for any reason.
