Self Care Sunday Yoga series is a beginner friendly series for EVERYBODY.
This is an in person class!
Classes will include hip-opening movements , spine-strengthening movements ,brief meditation and a overall calming sensation.
Classes will start promptly on time , however you will have a 15 min window if your running late. After 15 min doors will be closed to prevent any interruptions during mediation.
You are encouraged to bring your own mat , as yoga mats will be available for purchase.
You are encouraged to come to class dressed in your best yoga outfit😉,
