In Loving Memory of Alex Quinn.
Alex married Tamara Addington in Wilmington, CA on September 9, 1966 and was fortunate to enjoy a 55-year long love story.
He was a devoted husband and dedicated father, grandfather and great-grandfather and his love for his family was his greatest passion. After graduating from high school, Alex joined the United States Navy, and worked as a shipfitter/welder on the U.S.S. Hector for four years. He was forever a “Salty Sailor” and everyone treasured that about him.
Alex loved being in the outdoors; fishing, boating, hunting, off-roading, and taking bike rides on the beach but, his favorite place was in the desert whether in Vegas or Glamis racing dirt bikes and dune buggies with his family and friends. Alex was a renaissance man who was loved by all. He was “Papa Alex” or, “Gramps” to many, and his absence will be felt forevermore.
