You’re invited to a Celebration of Life as we honor the life of our fellow Anderson Trojan, Nick Battani. Nick Battani, as described by his beloved Ganita, on July 11, 2021, was... "...a one in a million spirit and everyone knew it. He touched the lives of so many people in such deeply inspiring and profound ways; the hundreds of stories being shared today are a testament to his gentle manner and intentional kindness. Nick was easily the purest of souls and the benchmark for the kind of human people aspire to be."Nick was a gift to many in all categories of life. He was a son, a brother, a teammate, a bandmate and, perhaps most of all, a friend to all he met no matter the circumstance. The Battani family extends their warmest regards and heartfelt gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love you've shown them since Nick's passing. A text, an email, a social media memory or even that phone call has meant the world. We will gather on Nick's birthday, October 12, 2021, here in Austin, to celebrate his life. Nick's family will be in attendance to present a small ceremony in tribute. If you would like to purchase a Dinner Ticket, please do so as soon as possible so we can make sure all who attend are well cared for. Our friends at The Brass Tap in the Domain have graciously donated their venue for Nick's celebration and will provide food for all who purchase a $30 Dinner Ticket. We've put together a simple menu for guests that features; Queso BarSlidersFajita Buffet: Chicken & SteakCash BarThe Brass Tap is located just west of Mo-Pac and Braker Lane in the southern part of the Domain in Northwest Austin just steps away from the iPic Theater. We've chosen this venue because of the unexpected number of guests. Not to worry, the venue can hold approximately 400 people, so please make plans to join us. Please enjoy a wonderful evening as we channel some of Nick's overflowing positivity so we can laugh, cry and be there for Nick's family.
