The AfterImage Film Festival returns this October to Charlestowne 18 Cinema with over 20 incredible, award-winning films! The AfterImage Film Festival will be held Oct. 21 – 24, 2021 at Classic Cinemas’ Charlestowne 18 Theater. The second edition of the AfterImage Film Festival will include a wide range of programming that includes both feature length and short films, narratives and documentaries, American independents and foreign language titles. Film selections must be made 3 days prior to the beginning of the festival to guarantee a seat. OPENING NIGHT PARTY - $50.00 Celebrate Opening Night of the AfterImage Film Festival! Starting at 5:30pm, guests will be treated to an open bar and a selection of small bites courtesy of top local restaurants. A screening of the Opening Night film, "Man in the Field” will be presented following the party. A special guest will be in attendance for a post-screening Q&A. MOVIE LOVER PACKAGE - $36.00 See 4 films but only pay for 3! A great deal for anyone expecting to spend a bit of time at the movie theater. COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES The AIFF is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for festival-goers. Therefore, we're instituting the following safety procedures: - All patrons must provide proof of vaccination prior to entering the theater. We will accept physical cards and/or pictures of a card. You're also welcome to email a copy of your vaccination card to [email protected] -Auditoriums capacity will not exceed 70%. -Masks must be worn at all times inside the auditorium (state of Illinois mandate) -Patrons will be asked to social distance to the best of their ability while inside the auditorium. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, we encourage you to move seats.
