About the Instructor:
Rahul holds a Phd in Life Science and Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Universtities in India. Spirituality of this great tradition of yoga came from his upbringing in the family rooted in Vedic values and aspect of physical wellbeing came later coinciding with his career as Medical Scientist. Dr. Sharma is a frequent speaker at yoga and Ayurveda conferences, and founder of Genomics inspired line of herbal supplements.
