One of a kind yoga flow and sound healing experience themed around the sacred geometry of phi | golden ratio | sacred spiral. Join Kinsey O’Leary and Leah Lipson for a morning of expansion, connection and flow. Using the power of sacred geometry, we will connect to the intelligent energetic patterns that organize our universe. These hidden, self-organizing principles are seen on all scales of creation - from the atomic to the cosmic. Through the sacred spiral, we will tune into the alchemy of the golden ratio / phi - the divine proportion. This spiral nature is the purest form of energy movement, seen in galaxies, seashells, the human ear, and DNA. Through this morning of slow flow and cosmic sound, we will connect to our center point (bindu) to experience a space of wholeness, connection and expansion. After completing her B.S. Biochemistry and Cell Biology at UC San Diego, Kinsey specialized in biomarker analysis. Always feeling a call towards a greater understanding of the natural world and human experience, she transitioned to teaching meditation classes and a variety of alternative healing modalities. Today, through The Sound Space, Kinsey helps to bridge the gap between art, science, and spirituality. With the use of crystal alchemy singing bowls, sound healing, energy medicine and sacred geometry, she creates sacred spaces for listeners to enter states of deep relaxation, greater understanding and wholeness. Leah Lipson | @leah_lipson Leah has been a RYT since 2010 but put yoga teaching on the back burner until 2017 when she found herself unfulfilled in her work. She did some soul searching and after having a transformational sound experience at the Integratron in Joshua Tree, her intuition spoke loud and clear “Share your “YOGA.” At that time she decided to quit her day job, follow her heart and enhance her education by going to the source, where it all began: India! Upon completing a 500 hour training in Rishikesh, India she has consistently been teaching to a variety of the population including the elderly, prenatal, disabled and chair yoga. She has been guiding yoga and sound journeys locally , privately and on retreats around the world.
