Join us for Donuts & Downdog! Because what's better than an outdoor yoga class followed by coffee and donuts? Kristen from Cosmosis Yoga is excited to host yoga on Courthouse Square in Warrenton, North Carolina! All levels are welcome to join on the grassy lawn for a one-hour yoga class. Please bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel for practice. After our class, we'll enjoy drip coffee & mini donuts from our awesome friends across the street at Drip Coffee + Market! About Kristen Kristen is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She received her certification under teacher Silvia Mordini of Alchemy of Yoga school in August 2021. Kristen is based in Warrenton, North Carolina and is excited to share Yoga with her community! She currently teaches outdoor classes in the Warren County area and plans to open a studio in the heart of Warrenton, NC in 2022. Follow @CosmosisYoga on Instagram and Facebook for more information. Cosmosis Yoga will be offering yoga classes outdoors for the time being while we build a studio in the heart of Warrenton and soon offer stand up paddle board yoga on Kerr Lake. Yoga is more than just the poses and it's hope to create a peaceful place to practice asana, meditation and most importantly kindness.
