Title says all. I am open to anything and anyone as long as we have similar vision of creating something skewed, oblique, knotted, sometimes bleak but with beauty cracking through, with the goal of recording an album and playing shows. Bands and artists that make me wiggle include: This Heat, The Raincoats, Glenn Branca, Women, John Fahey, Meredith Monk, Wire, Terry Riley, Richard Dawson, Einsturzende Neubauten, Vivian Girls, Tim Hecker, Velvet Underground, Timber Timbre, The Microphones, Liars, Savages, Xiu Xiu, Girl Band, Gang of Four, Pere Ubu, Polvo, and Brian Eno our lord and savior. Ideally you’re between 18-35 and have the basics of playing an instrument. I record lots of music and very much want someone to collaborate with. I will send my bandcamp if your email sounds like we could be a good match. I have a friend or two that we could bring in if things are going well.
