We provide women and girls with critical life skills to make well-informed decisions about their mind, body, fiscal and spiritual health. Our goal is to positively affect the complete life cycle of women from their youth into adulthood. Our Vision To provide a series of educational forums to educate and increase women’s awareness of various aspects of their total well-being. To volunteer time and resources to causes that promote the betterment of women’s health; To challenge women to be greater than what they can imagine through the process of self-discovery, the acceptance of themselves as a complete individual, and through love.  To foster the networking of women to encourage healthy lifestyles by way of retreats for women that promotes their physical, mental, and spiritual growth; “We Have A Heart for Women.”
