The state required proxy caregiver training class for medication administration. This class will be held at the pharmacy in Marietta. Proxy Caregiver Medication Administration Training Training completed by Judy Hyde, RN. Location: Guardian Pharmacy 1750 Enterprise Way Suite 105 Marietta, GA This training is only for Personal care homes serviced by and contracted with Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta. NOTE: Please carpool if possible, as parking is limited; DO NOT park in a space that has a different number than 105 or 107 in it. There is also some parking available behind the building.
