We are and established commercial management company currently hiring for an exceptional and experienced Maintenance Technician/Porter position for a commercial office complex. The essential functions include, but are not limited to: •Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including Painting, Stucco repair and Cleaning of Grounds and light landscaping duties •Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall •Prepping vacant offices for new move ins •Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems •Be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision •Must be professional and possess customer service skills •Must be able to be on call from time to time •Maintain a professional demeanor at all times •Must always be courteous and helpful to tenants, prospective tenants and co-workers •Communicates effectively on a regular basis with the maintenance supervisor, have transportation and insurance and your own tools to perform duties PLEASE SEND RESUME ¿Es usted profesional, conocedor y posee buenas habilidades de servicio al cliente? ¿Está dispuesto a trabajar en equipo para hacer el trabajo?
