Description

S.O.S. Saving Ourselves: Mental Health in the Black Community 26Health is hosting a FREE workshop to provide a safe space for us to have candid dialogue about some of the things that have inflicted us as African Americans to help us heal and grow. We've endured generational trauma, societal expectations, stigma, systematic racism, and that's only the tip of the iceberg! Top that off with our personal issues and life can become pretty heavy. Join us as we host, Tranquilla Golden-Taylor, Registered Marriage & Family Therapy Intern, as we breakdown some of the barriers we've overcome while learning and sharing skills that can help us see life anew. Every 3rd Saturday, we're hosting this event, S.O.S. Saving Ourselves: Mental Health in the Black Community at our office. We hope to see you there. Save your tickets! This is a moment you don't want to miss! Address: 801 N Magnolia Ave, Suite 109, Orlando, FL 32803 Contact Us: [email protected], [email protected]
