(DMI) is responsible for the economic redevelopment and revitalization of downtown La Crosse through collaborative efforts between public and private partners. The organization works to enhance, revitalize, and redevelop La Crosse’s historic central business district through the elements of the organization, design, promotion, and economic restructuring.
