Our cat moo got out Monday morning on West 9th Street in Muncie, IN. Moo is about 7 months old. I just want to put out there that YES!! We have checked the animal shelter AND her litter box is outside. She is black and white and she has a black dot on her right side cheek. Please if you know if someone has her PLEASE let us know!
