Join us for an in-person Black Maternal Health Forum featuring local expert maternal health professionals. Please join us for an in-person Black Maternal Health Forum featuring local expert maternal health professionals. The purpose of the event is to share how these different professions support maternal health, share guidance on how to communicate maternal health challenges with their provider, share resources, discuss how the different professions can work together to improve maternal health outcomes for Black women and also answer questions the community may have. There will be a Family Health Fair happening during this event! Light refreshments and child care will be provided.
